The effect of homelessness are high crime in the city, life unsecured, and gap between rich people and poor very wide, so the community tend to distrust. That is situation very uncomfortable and people always life with threaten. Another thing homelessness problems are public health for them, their need clean water, adequate food intake and environment. The homelessness lives in high risk environment exposure, so the government could be make a policy or regulation about them.
The good solution for homelessness are empower their ability by life skills train such as gardening, farming, electric, and anything.
